Chuck Norris puts the laughter in Manslaughter.
This post has nothing to do with Chuck Norris other than to tell you that there is a website out there on the internet that when you go to it produces one random Chuck Norris "Fact" that can be rated. http://4q.cc/index.php?pid=fact&person=chuck Reloading the page gives you a new one. What's behind Chuck Norris' beard? Another fist.
Anyway moving on. I don't need to tell you how excited I get about seeing family. I love my Mom, Dad, sisters, grandparents, aunts, uncles, step-uncles and cousins, no mater how many times they are removed. The great part is now my family has literally doubled in size. Which is pretty good considering I have 22 first cousins. Thanksgiving and Christmas are serious family togetherness times and I love it. The only problem is that families expect new married couples to continue attending family events like they did when they were dating. The only way everyone would be "happy", and by happy I mean some sort of bizarro happy where everyone just isn't crying, is if I dropped Laura off at her house in Birmingham and trucked it on up to Hartselle and we spent the holidays separated. I can't image what people do when their In-laws live more than an hour apart. The best part about the whole thing though is that since we are married it's a one for all, all for one kinda deal with the McFee's of Montgomery. I will be with my wife every minute of every holiday this year no matter where that takes us.

Two things also that I wanted to comment on quickly and without too much gloating.
- War Damn Eagle!! Thanks in part to Tommy "Tom Thumb" Tuberville. Second 10 win season in 3 years, 5 straight over the school up the road, and still undefeated in TTown.
- I have a new house and I love it!
- A new car is in my future - hopefully that future is today!
Finally happy Thanksgiving to everyone and I hope you all travel safely. My quote for today comes from a process control engineers office door.
"Never argue with and idiot.
They drag you down to their level, then beat you with experience."
